Participation in this promotion implies full acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

1) Offer and Packages

• $19.99 / 700 NIO → 2 MINI (≈3 cm) or 1 MEDIUM (~6 cm)

• $30 → 3 MINI

• $40 → 4 MINI

✔️ Packages are valid for one client in the same session only

2) Definitions

• MINI: simple, minimal, single design, maximum approx. 3 cm

• MEDIUM: single larger design (~6 cm), may include light shading

3) Color and Extras

• Color is NOT included in the promotion

• Additional color: +$5 to $15 (depending on design)

• Home service (villa/hotel): +$15 to $30 (depending on distance)

4) Design Requirements

• Only simple, quick, minimal designs allowed

• Examples: words, letters, symbols, small graphics

❌ Not included:

• realism

• portraits

• complex designs

• cover-ups or rework of existing tattoos

✔️ All designs must be approved by the studio

5) Body Areas

✔️ Most areas are available
⚠️ The artist may suggest adjustments to ensure better results and longevity

6) Booking and Confirmation

• Bookings via:

  • WhatsApp

✔️ Appointment is valid only after confirmation

⚠️ Limited availability → first come, first served

7) Changes and Cancellations

• Changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance

❌ No-show or late cancellation:

• loss of appointment

• possible exclusion from future promotions

8) Session Duration and Management

• Estimated duration: 10–30 minutes

• Client must:

  • have a clear idea

  • or trust the artist’s judgment

⚠️ Delays over 15 minutes may result in loss of appointment

9) Payments

• Preferred method: cash

• Other methods may be accepted if agreed in advance

10) Mini Tattoo Risks

The client understands that small tattoos:

• May lose sharpness over time

• May spread or blur slightly

• May require future touch-ups

👉 These are natural skin-related processes and not the responsibility of the artist

The client releases the studio from any liability related to these outcomes

11) Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for:

• Following proper aftercare instructions

• Informing about any medical conditions

• Arriving in good health condition

12) Safety Conditions

❌ Tattoos will not be performed if the client:

• is under the influence of alcohol or drugs

• has skin issues in the area

• has undisclosed medical conditions

✔️ Access is limited to the client (guests only if authorized)

13) Conduct

• Respect towards staff and studio

• Proper personal hygiene required

⚠️ Inappropriate behavior may result in service refusal

14) Promotion Validity

• Valid until April 23, 2026

• Not combinable with:

  • other promotions

  • discounts

  • vouchers or previous credits

15) Right to Refuse

The studio reserves the right to:

• refuse designs

• refuse clients

• modify technical proposals

for professional, technical, or organizational reasons

16) Acceptance

Booking and confirmation imply:
